Repair, Firmware Update, and Recalibration Diagnostic

Send in one MultispeQ instrument for a full PhotosynQ 360 diagnostic inspection, firmware review, and recalibration assessment.
 
Our team will inspect your MultispeQ using our 360 diagnostics process and provide a report of any findings. The report will include recommended repairs, recalibration needs, and estimated costs if the instrument is outside the warranty period.
 
You stay fully informed before any additional work is completed. If repair labor, replacement parts, or recalibration services are needed, PhotosynQ will provide the recommended next steps and estimated cost for your approval.
 
This $75 service covers the initial diagnostic review. Return shipping, replacement parts, and additional labor may be billed separately if required.
 
Please allow at least 4 weeks for diagnostic review and service processing. Complex repairs may require additional time.
