The client will pay to return one instrument to us for update, repair, and recalibration. Price includes return shipment if it is determined that the recalibration is the result of normal usage/upgrades. If it is determined that the recalibration is needed because of issues outside of normal usage/upgrades the client may be responsible for additional repair and or return shipping charges. Please allow at least 4 weeks time for your repair to be completed, and note that more complicated issues may require more time and/or additional charges.
